I had a scheduled appointment today 06/24/2026 @ 10am to have tires I had purchased put on. The man there was so rude and stood laughing as I pulled away. So I contacted the other store on Main Street there in Lebanon and the regional manager Brandon said to bring it on down. I get there and boy they must of been having bad day cause they ripped tires from cab tearing off my trim threw the tires and my rim. Then charged me 106 which was double the amount. I call back to ask why it was so much then they offered me 50 dollars off my next oil change which after all this I will never go back to them again only to be told they would reimburse me 50.00 which will take up to 10 days. Definitely going to report to better business bureau. Rude and try to steal my money. No thanks. There’s others that appreciate my business and won’t damage my truck

My car was safer when I drove it in than when I picked up my car! They broke a stud of my wheel and when they called to tell me they said I need new breaks and routers that would be an extra $500 for that and they would replace the stud for free. I declined them on doing the breaks and routers but not replacing the stud. Went to pick up the car and found out that they did not even replace the stud because I did not want to spend $500 on breaks and routers. So they let me leave with an unsafe car because they did not want to fix their mistake. So I would not use them.

The Spring Hill tn location is a joke. I’ve been fighting with them for a month now trying to get my refund. I paid upfront for tires and ended up not getting them for various reasons. This happened February 13th. Today is March 13th and I still have yet to receive my refund. And no one can give me any type of answer as to why. Very disappointing.

I took my Cadillacs Escalade to Tire Discounters on Galbraith Road after I had a tire blow out. The bad tire was on the back of my truck in a blah plastic bag after the spare was put on my truck. I arrived today 2/17 to Tire Discounters about 8:15 AM to have my tire replaced. I agreed to replacing the tire at the amount requested. At 11:51 AM I called speaking with Mary to see when I could pick up my truck. I was told 30 mins as the tire had been delivered. I arrived prior to 30 mins and waited almost an hour. Once truck was done I left and when I looked in the back of my truck I could see my dirty spare tire inside with no plastic around it and under it. When I arrived back to the store after having an infusion the store manager and staff were nonchalant about my concerns. Initially when I came in Mary was very kind and happy to take any money I was willing to pay for services, but when I am sharing concerns her only comment is where the tire goes is rusted and they didn’t think the spare tire could be put back in its place. No one relayed this concern to me or took the time to ensure the tire was properly placed inside my truck to ensure no damage would be done to the interior of

Took my jeep in the beginning of September to get new tires. Got it home to realize that one of the rims were scratched. I call where I took the car and they looked at it and took pics. I got home and upon further examination found 2 more rims that were scratched so when they called I let them know. They got an attitude with me so I filled out an online form and got a district manager who told me to take it to another shop. I took it there and they took pics, I waited for 2 weeks and asked him if they heard anything, and he was going to check with the second manager. I have asked him twice if he heard anything, and he has pretty much ghosted me. I send another form and get another guy call me today and pretty much called me a liar and said that there was no tool in his shop that would make those scratches (mind you this is the first service I’ve had on the tires) It’s been 2 months and I have no answers…and seven worse…BEING CALLED A LIAR!
